Armed with a Diploma in Project Management, Peter brings a potent blend of hands-on technical expertise and strategic acumen to every project undertaken by MPE Group. Peters current role of Professional Services Manager covers many sectors, from policy and process, to technical support and HSEQ responsibilities.

Thang is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with 15+ years' experience in multinational construction projects. Known for meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving, Thang has managed 400+ tendering and 55+ contracting projects across various sectors. With strong communication skills, Thang has built relationships with clients like Nestle and Pepsico, delivering exceptional results. Proficient in complex projects like fast-track builds and LEED-certified green buildings, Thang excels in dynamic environments.

OHS Officer
Chaitanya joined the team in 2023 as our dedicated OHS officer. Chaitanya’s years of experience in the healthcare industry bolster an already impressive skillset, ensuring that all the team at MPE Group and its clients are kept safe. Chaitanya’s role extends to managing: training, legislative requirements, safety process’s, internal audits and all the infinite tasks in keeping a remote workforce safe.
Melissa Magnay
Office Manager
Mel has been MPE Group’s office manager for 6 years and in that short time has made multiple improvements that have helped the company across the board. She currently manages the entire administration and finance department whilst also scheduling all work for the service team. Mel brings a strong work ethic and knowledge of all aspects of accounts and administration and is the first point of call for all clients and staff members.
